Do you cater for weddings?
Yes — weddings are one of our specialities. Our bespoke green trailer is a particularly popular choice, becoming a centrepiece of the reception. We cater for weddings of all sizes, indoors and out, and tailor the menu to suit your guests' dietary requirements. We can also offer a cocktail service alongside the crepe stall.
Can you cater for an outdoor wedding in a field or on a private estate?
Yes — this is one of our specialities. Our equipment is fully self-contained and runs on LPG gas, so we don't require mains power or water. We've catered at private estates, woodland clearings, beaches and farmland.
Can you provide cocktails at our wedding?
Yes — we offer a full drinks service on request, from £12 per head for classic cocktails to £14 per head for our Extra Special French Cocktails menu, plus hot drinks and fresh lemonade. Ask us for details when you enquire.
How long does it take to serve guests at a wedding?
We can serve a fresh crepe in under two minutes per person, per griddle. For larger weddings, we run multiple griddles simultaneously to ensure a smooth flow without long queues. We'll discuss the optimal setup for your guest numbers when you enquire.
Do you cater in corporate offices?
Yes — corporate office events are one of our most popular booking types. We can set up in any office foyer, atrium, kitchen or breakout space. Our table-top stall is compact, clean and quick to install. We've catered at offices for McKinsey, eBay, EDF and BBC, among many others. No mess, no fuss — we handle everything from setup to pack-down.
Do you cater for Pancake Day office events?
Yes — Pancake Day is one of our busiest days. We specialise in corporate Pancake Day events: a live creperie in your office serving freshly made crepes to your team. Pancake Day 2026 is 17 February; 2027 is 9 March. Book early — these fill fast.
Can you brand the stall for our company event?
Yes — we can discuss branding and customisation for corporate clients. Our stall and trailer can be adapted with branded materials for product launches and larger corporate bookings. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Can you cater for a private garden party?
Absolutely — garden parties are one of our most popular bookings. Our wooden table-top stall or green trailer can be set up on any garden, terrace or outdoor space. We're fully self-contained and don't need access to your kitchen or mains electricity.
Can you cater for a hen do or birthday party?
Yes — hen dos and birthday parties are a regular booking for us, often combined with our cocktail and drinks service. A live creperie with a cocktail bar creates a genuinely memorable experience.
Can you cater for a children's birthday party?
Yes — crepes are a huge hit with children. We have plenty of kid-friendly sweet options (chocolate, strawberry jam, lemon and sugar, banana) and the live cooking is genuinely entertaining. For children's parties, we'd recommend a shorter booking window and our gazebo stall setup.
Can you cater for our office on Pancake Day?
Yes — and we'd love to. Our compact indoor stall can be set up in any foyer, kitchen or meeting room. Pancake Day 2026 is 17 February; Pancake Day 2027 is 9 March. Bookings fill quickly — get in touch as early as possible.
When should I book for Pancake Day?
As early as possible — ideally at least 6–8 weeks before the date. Pancake Day bookings, particularly in London and for corporate events, fill up quickly. For 2027, it's never too early to enquire.
Do you cater for vegans and gluten-free guests?
Yes — we offer a vegan batter (GF&V) and a dedicated gluten-free batter at every event. All our savoury galettes are naturally gluten-free, and we have a wide range of vegan topping options including strawberries, raspberries, bananas, lemon and sugar, maple syrup, apricot jam, icing sugar and cocoa powder.
How do you handle allergens?
We take allergens seriously. Our full allergen information is available on request. We use separate equipment and utensils for dietary requirements. Please note that we operate with nuts (walnuts, almonds) as optional toppings — these are kept clearly separate.
What's the difference between the trailer and the stall?
Our bespoke green trailer is a custom-built creperie on wheels — visually striking, works best outdoors, perfect for weddings, festivals and outdoor events. Our wooden table-top stall is more compact, sets up in any indoor or outdoor space, and is ideal for office events, garden parties and venues with limited access. Both are fully equipped and self-contained.
Do you need electricity or mains gas?
No — we are completely self-contained and run on LPG gas bottles. We don't require electricity or mains gas, making us suitable for remote outdoor venues and indoor spaces where power access is limited.
How much space do you need?
Our table-top stall requires a minimum footprint of approximately 3m x 2m. Our trailer requires more space for access and setup — we'll advise on this when you enquire.
How much does it cost to hire a crepe stall?
We charge a flat fee based on your event duration, guest numbers, and location. This covers all equipment, ingredients, staffing, setup and pack-down. We'll provide a full quote within 24 hours once we have your event details. Get in touch via the Hire Us page to start the conversation.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible — particularly for summer weekends, Pancake Day, and the Christmas party season. We can sometimes accommodate short-notice bookings, so it's always worth asking.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking date. The remainder is due before or on the day of the event. Full details are in our booking agreement.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry full public liability insurance. Our compliance documentation, including insurance certificates, risk assessments and food hygiene certificates, is available in our
Google Drive compliance folder.
What food hygiene rating do you have?
We maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating. Our full compliance documentation is available on request or via our Google Drive folder.
Which areas of the UK do you cover?

Do you cover London corporate offices?
Yes — London is our most active base. We cover all London boroughs and are experienced with the access constraints of office buildings, loading restrictions and central London venues. We've catered in offices across the City, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, Mayfair and beyond.
