Pancake Day 2026 was our most ambitious to date — and we delivered. 2,000 crepes. 10 events. 5 teams deployed simultaneously across the UK. Every crepe prepared fresh in front of guests, one every 30 seconds per griddle, in specially-designed branded holders.
We were honoured to cater for some of the UK's most recognisable brands on the day — a testament to the professionalism and scale our operation has reached nine years in.

How We Do It
For Pancake Day, we deploy multiple self-contained teams simultaneously across our six bases. Each team arrives with everything needed — gas or electric crepe hobs for indoor or outdoor use, batter, toppings, and serving equipment. Setup takes under 30 minutes in any office space. No mains power required for our gazebo stall option.
At peak service, we produce a fresh crepe every 30 seconds per griddle, with multiple griddles running simultaneously. The result: no queues, no delays, and up to 2,000 crepes served in a single day.
Custom branded setups — including branded napkins, crepe holders and stall dressing — are available for corporate Pancake Day clients.
